1986 - First Staten Island company in the "National Chimney Sweeps Guild".
1987 - First Staten Island chimney company to become a licensed "Home Improvement Contractor" #818125
1988 - First to in New York State to receive a certification for "Masonry Chimney and Fireplace Restoration".
1988 - First cast in place chimney liner system "Ahrens Chimney Technique" Dealer". (Ahrens is the first UL listen cast-in-place chimney lining system in the U.S.A.)
